Privacy for Delividence by IdDios

Information Delividence handles

Information you choose to create can include service profiles; work logs; destinations; order or reference numbers; notes; tags; amendment and provenance history; photos; videos; imported screenshots; exact barcode values and symbology; timestamps; time-zone context; and optional point-in-time location observations.

Delividence does not continuously track your location, record routes, perform barcode lookup, log in to delivery-service accounts, or integrate with those services.

Where information is stored

Delividence keeps records and original evidence in protected app-controlled storage on your device. Original evidence is not added to Photos unless you separately enable that option. Active evidence is not automatically deleted.

Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not operate a Delividence account or evidence server and has no routine access path to the records stored in the app.

Developer collection, tracking, and advertising

Delividence does not include advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, behavioral profiling, or a custom diagnostics-upload service. Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not use Delividence to track you across apps or websites or sell your information.

If you choose to share device analytics with Apple and app developers, Apple may make diagnostic information available under Apple's platform processes and your Apple privacy choices.

Permissions and location

Camera, Photos, microphone, and location access are requested only when you use a feature that needs them. Location is optional. Video is silent by default, and microphone access is requested only after you choose to enable audio.

When you request location, Delividence asks for a single point-in-time observation for that evidence item. It does not create a route or continuous location history.

Personal iCloud

Personal iCloud is optional and off by default. If you enable it, Delividence records and evidence media synchronize through your private Apple CloudKit database. Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not receive a copy through a company server or account.

Personal iCloud is separate from Apple device backup. Apple's handling of iCloud, CloudKit, device backup, diagnostics, and related platform services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

Reports, exports, and sharing

You choose the records, fields, redactions, evidence previews, and output format. Delividence prepares an in-app preview before the iOS share sheet opens.

Delividence does not transmit exports to IdDios. After you save or share an export, the receiving app, person, or storage provider controls that copy. ZIP evidence packages may contain unaltered original media, so review recipients carefully.

Trial and purchases

Trial timing and lifetime-access status are stored on the device. Delividence uses Apple's StoreKit to offer and verify the one-time lifetime unlock and to restore an eligible purchase.

Apple processes payment and Apple Account information. Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not operate a purchase server, receive your payment details, or use StoreKit transaction information for advertising or profiling.

Retention and deletion

Active evidence remains until you delete it. Evidence moved to Recently Deleted remains recoverable for 30 days unless you restore or permanently delete it sooner. Permanent deletion requires a separate confirmation.

There is no Delividence account to delete. Removing the app removes its local data from that device, subject to Apple device backup and any Personal iCloud data you enabled. You can turn Personal iCloud off without deleting local records.

Support communications

If you email support@iddios.com, Instrumentos de Dios, LLC receives the information you include and uses it to answer your request. Do not send evidence files, export packages, full addresses, private notes, raw barcode values, passwords, or verification codes unless they are necessary for your request and support specifically asks for them.

Support messages are retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.

Children

Delividence is a general-audience work-record app and is not directed to children. Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not knowingly collect evidence through a company-operated Delividence account or evidence server.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when Delividence features or practices change. The effective date will be revised when an updated policy is published.
