Information KithPlan handles

Information you enter can include your display name; calendar names; event titles, dates, times, time zones, recurrence, locations, notes, and deletion status; sharing roles; and personal calendar, color, reminder, widget, Siri, Shortcuts, notification, and App Lock preferences.

Where information is stored

KithPlan stores a working copy on your device and synchronizes calendar information using Apple CloudKit in your iCloud account. Private calendars use your private CloudKit database. When you share a calendar, its information is made available through Apple CloudKit to the people you invite according to their Editor or Read-only permission.

Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not operate a KithPlan calendar server and does not receive or store your calendar content through a company account system. Apple's handling of iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, diagnostics, and related platform services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

Developer collection, tracking, and advertising

KithPlan does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not use KithPlan to track you across apps or websites, sell your information, or collect your calendar content for advertising or profiling.

KithPlan does not include a custom diagnostics upload service. If you choose to share device analytics with Apple and app developers, Apple may make diagnostic information available under Apple's platform processes and privacy choices.

Subscriptions and purchases

KithPlan Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple processes payment and subscription-account information.

KithPlan checks Apple-signed subscription status on the device to decide whether Premium features are available and keeps only a Premium-access flag and verified expiration date needed for limited offline access. Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not operate a purchase server, receive your payment details, or send or store StoreKit transaction identifiers in a company system or Apple CloudKit.

Notifications, widgets, Siri, and Shortcuts

KithPlan uses local notifications for reminders and can refresh after Apple CloudKit reports a change. Depending on your settings, iOS may display calendar or event details in notifications, widgets, Siri, or Shortcuts. You can limit those details under Settings and Privacy & App Lock in KithPlan and in the iPhone's system settings.

App Lock

If enabled, App Lock uses Apple's Local Authentication system to request Face ID, Touch ID, or device-passcode authentication. KithPlan receives the authentication result, not your biometric data.

Exported files

If you export a .kithplan archive, the file can contain calendar and event information. You choose where to save or share it. Anyone with access to the file may be able to read or import its contents, so keep it in a trusted location and delete copies you no longer need.

Retention and deletion

Calendar content remains in the local app and Apple CloudKit according to your actions, the calendar owner's settings, sharing membership, and Apple's iCloud processes. Events in Recently Deleted remain for the selected retention period unless they are restored or permanently deleted sooner.

An owner can delete an owned calendar, and a participant can leave a shared calendar. You can also remove KithPlan from your device and manage iCloud information using Apple's available controls.

Support communications

If you contact support@iddios.com, Instrumentos de Dios, LLC receives the information you include in that message and uses it to respond to your request. Do not send private calendar content, invitation links, exported calendar files, passwords, or verification codes.

Support messages are retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.

Children

KithPlan is a general-audience calendar and is not directed to children. Instrumentos de Dios, LLC does not knowingly collect calendar information through a company-operated KithPlan account or calendar server.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when KithPlan's features or practices change. The effective date will be revised when an updated policy is published.
